Non-Executive Team

Gary is, in turn, supported by a strong team of Non-Executive advisors who are very experienced in the processes of acquiring Owner Managed Businesses. They support the Board with advice on matters such as relations with vendors, deal structuring, finance and legal to enable and support fast, efficient and effective deal making
Guy Bartlett TD FIDM
Guy’s personal experience of acquiring Owner Managed Businesses is extensive, having worked on over 150 deals and acquiring revenues of his own business portfolio of over £20m in the process.
He also advises and consults on both acquisitions and business sales for other entrepreneurs and has experience of a very wide range of business sectors and deal structures including hedge funds, venture capital, private equity and commercial debt and finance.

In addition to growth by acquisition, Guy has also built three separate businesses from scratch to over 7 figures in sales so he understands in detail the challenges and effort that owner managers put into their businesses.
Dr Colin E Winsper
Dr Colin E Winsper
Colin is a widely experienced company Director with hands on knowledge of managing companies in both turnaround and growth situations. He has held senior management positions in a variety of industries including general engineering, water and waste treatment, building maintenance and building services.

As a Board director of South Staffordshire Group plc (1994 to 2001) he grew their non-regulated activities from scratch to represent more than 50% of the group’s turnover and profit in six years, including the launch of what is now Homeserve plc, a top 250 FTSE company.
Terry Gormley
Terry is a human behaviour specialist, performance coach and motivational speaker, and has devoted more than a decade of his life to the study of extraordinary thinking.

He has made it his mission to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary results in their lives, by working with them to transform the way they think so that they can transform their results.

In Terry’s work within the corporate world – with business owners, entrepreneurs and in professional sports performance – he challenges and provokes each client’s way of thinking, with a specific focus on helping them to shape their future and live their lives on purpose. This has led to clients dubbing him “the Mindshaper”.
